@Ask_Spectrum Im having an issue with my rate increasing for no reason. Combine that with being treated like sh*t by your people over the phone - i intend to cancel the service in favor of the cheaper, faster att uverse.

Guess we are playing a game of how many minutes until the next @Ask_Spectrum internet crash game this morning. Broadband internet the only service company can charge a fortune for and not actually provide and get away with it.

@GetSpectrum please tell me how a bill can go up $27 in two months with no explanation!! Been customer for 3 yrs always pay on time . We called and were told we could get a better deal if we canceled and started back up ! Not good! Losing business and we will got to @hulu

@alexcsiz @GetSpectrum I just got spectrum. They never emailed, mailed or called me. They spelled my email wrong. They didn’t tell me I had to pay an installation fee 2 weeks after installation. Spectrum is gonna force me into alcoholism

@GetSpectrum well it's been 6 days with your service out. That's 3 days of lost pay now. It's funny, we were just trying to switch over our families cellphone plan to spectrum. Now, we are looking at getting rid of spectrum all together and going mobile Hotspot.

Day 6 with no @ATT internet or service. Still getting the run around. “It’ll be a few hours”, “Reset your modem”, “It’ll be be this afternoon”. Doesn’t matter anymore. @GetSpectrum is getting installed as we speak.
