All day Netflix keeps crashing, and the damn internet has went out twice within the hour. So glad @GetSpectrum has the spottiest coverage. I’ve never dealt with the amount of outages we’ve had since moving here. 🙄

@Ask_Spectrum I know you need to broadcast these weather alerts but I think there is a problem on your end. Yesterday it knocked out our sound all afternoon. We got it back by resetting our tv but should not have had to do that.
